Vivaldi е браузър, който е базиран на Chromium и предлага адаптивен интерфейс, пространствена навигация, синхронизация и др. Наличен е за Linux, Windows и Mac OS X.

Инсталацията е бърза и абсолютно безпроблемна. Интерфейсът е стегнат и интуитивен, като функциите са разположени на удобни места. Вляво има малък тесен панел, където са разположени някои удобни инструменти, включващ буукмаркове, който могат да се организират и в папки, поща, контакти, сваляния, бележки, като този панел може да бъде скрит, ако не е по вкуса на потребителя, което става много лесно, само с натисканетона един бутон долу, вляво.

В горния панел виждаме основните функции назад, напред, rewind, fast forward, рефреш и домашна страница. Точно до тях е адрес барът за въвеждане на адреси, а в неговия край е търсенето в търсачка по подразбиране, която е сложена на Google, но може да бъде сменена с редица други като Amazon, Wikipedia, eBay, DuckDuck Go, Startpage, Wolfram|Alpha. Съвсем познат изглед, който не би затруднил нито един потребител.

Както се очаква от всеки модерен браузър, този също предлага сърфиране с табове, като в нов таб се отваря добре познатия ни speed dial, а при ховър на мишката дава информация и малко изображение за сайта. Табовете могат да бъдат размествани чрез влачене и по този начин да се сложат, където потребителят пожелае.

Vivaldi предлага и детайлна информация за бисквитките и файловете за сайта, в който се намирате, като можете да управлявате пермишъните, заключване на мишката Java, изображения, плъгини и други, а също така и информация за връзката. Поддържат се и множество клавишни комбинации, които са особено удобни и така работата се улеснява допълнително.

Настройките са детайлни и могат да променят браузъра в много аспекти. Позволяват настройката на браузъра да е по подразбиране или не, както и да проверка дали е по подразбиране, настройване как да стартира браузъра, като например с празна сесия, с минала сесия, с домашна страница или определена конкретна страница; има настройка за това дали бутоните за затваряне, минимайз и разширяване да са вляво или вдясно, дали да се показва статус барът, промяна на цвета на интерфейса, та бекграунда, детайлна настройка на табовете, къде да се намира спомагателният панел, за който споменахме по-горе, настройка на клавишните комбинации и още много други.
